DPDP-aware privacy policy for Seetayya Foundation website visitors, donors, and contacts.
What we collect
This static website collects only the information a visitor chooses to share through donation, sponsor-day, or contact actions: name, email, phone, message, donation amount, receipt details, and consent choices.
Payment information is handled by the selected hosted payment gateway, such as Razorpay Payment Pages or the existing verified donation form. This static website does not store card, UPI, or netbanking credentials.
Why we use it
Information is used to respond to messages, process donations, issue receipts, coordinate sponsor-day requests, prevent misuse, and maintain legally required donation records.
No third-party trackers are added by default. Any future analytics or marketing tools should be disclosed here before use.
Consent and rights
Donation and contact forms include a consent checkbox. Donors may contact the foundation to correct receipt information or ask questions about how their data is used.
