Refund and cancellation information for Seetayya Foundation donations.
Donation corrections
If a donor made an error in amount, purpose, contact details, or receipt information, they should email seetayyafoundation1@gmail.com within 7 working days.
The foundation will try to correct the parameter whenever possible, based on payment-gateway and accounting constraints.
Refunds
Accepted online donations are generally not refunded after payment-gateway confirmation, unless there is a fraud notification, duplicate payment, or clear processing error.
All refund requests are reviewed by the foundation team. Gateway charges and bank timelines may apply.
Receipts
Donation receipts are sent after reconciliation. If 80G eligibility is confirmed, tax documentation such as Form 10BE follows the legally required annual filing process.
Until the foundation confirms public 80G details in configuration, this website does not promise donor tax deductions.
